Also, if the HD was bad it shouldn’t let me go through all the options for system recovery and try to boot like it is. I understand the hard drive might be bad however if it was I should still be able to boot from a CD and at least get into whatever is on the CD. I have been working on computers for 20 years and never run into such a weird situation before. I have reset the BIOS to default and tried many other “tricks” and nothing is working. I have tested the CD’s on other computers and they will boot fine so it is not the CD’s themselves. I have also tried booting from a USB which does not work either. (The screen is black and normally asks to press any key to boot, I have tried to press f5, f8, f12, etc,) I have tried all my windows CD’s along with Hirens.BootCD.15.2 along with a Linux boot CD. I have tried using the OKR and select the CD_ROM for the boot but it skips over and just starts to boot with the Lenovo screen saying, “Preparing Automatic Repair”. I have gone into the BIOS and selected the CD-ROM as first boot priority, but it will never boot from the CD-ROM. I also have a Windows 8.1 CD along with windows 7, Vista, and Windows XP. I have watched many videos and read a lot of posts about this problem, but nothing is helping. However, when I boot in this option and select "system recovery" it starts to boot up but then stalls on a black or blue screen (at first it was black then the last few times it was blue, which I thought was progress).

I found out a cool little tool called One Key Recovery (OKR) which is the hidden partition that has the windows recovery disk built in like with any other computers that have windows 8+. I cannot boot into safe made, restore the drive, and I cannot restore from a backup point, (this is not an error there were just no restore points)

The computer just wants to boot into "Automatic Repair" however when I go to use any of these options they always show an error of some sort.
